Strategy Call
First, a down payment is made and a questionnaire will be sent so we may understand your design needs and capture your style. You will also book an initial consult so we can discuss the project details, timelines, and gather information about your ideas.

Creative Ideas
The next step is for us to research and go over the information you gave us to get ideas and create a few sketches of design ideas. We will then have a creative brief to go over the sketches, collaborate, and to select which design concept will be developed.

Execution
This is the part where we develop the chosen design and present the proof for final approval. If needed, a couple rounds of revisions are included to fine-tune the design based on your feedback (any extra rounds can be quoted).

Receive Design
After invoicing and final payment, you will receive electronically your design image and copyright files so you have complete ownership of the design.

I want to tell you about the process Zara went through because I was really impressed. She did research on other people’s podcasts. She explained to me why she chose these images and asked for my opinion on each one. She did research on my brand, my style, my interests, values, and my brand colors. Then she went to work creating images and even took photos on her own to create cool, texturized backgrounds for my podcast episodes.
As far as her management of our little project, Zara was really organized and kept everything about our project in Trello where we could both monitor our progress, share files, etc.
